1. When will I receive my order?

3. Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking may take 1–3 days to update after shipment. If you see no movement for several days, don’t worry — your package is still on its way and we’re monitoring it closely.

4. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact us at thenexxshop@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee address changes as the order may already be processed.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final once placed. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to our quick fulfillment process. Please double-check your order details before checking out.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As per our store policy, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is defective or incorrect. For these issues, we may offer a one-time size exchange — please email us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
