Shipping Policy

1. Order Information Correction:
If you notice an error in shipping address or purchase details, please email us promptly. Corrections can only be made within 48 hours of order placement. Check your order confirmation email for accuracy.
 
2. Tracking Information:
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow 2-5 business days for stocking and packaging. Once ready, tracking information will be sent to you.
Note: Contact us if you don't receive tracking confirmation within 5 working days from completing your payment.
 
3. Estimated Delivery Date:
Due to international shipment factors like holidays, customs, and weather, shipping times are estimates. The formula for the estimated delivery date is:
Purchasing date + 2-5 business days (processing) + Estimated shipping time (see chart below).
Note: Actual tracking information may experience a delay of 2-7 days on average from entering Chinese facilities to processing in USPS facilities in the US.
4. Shipping Guarantee:
We refund shipping costs (or provide a partial refund if shipping was free) for items taking longer than specified time frames to arrive at your destination.USA (Mainland): 40 days
USA (Other): 45 days
Canada: 40 days
Australia: 40 days
New Zealand: 40 days
UK: 45 days
Rest of World: 60 days

5. Customs and Taxes:
Prices displayed are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes and related fees are your responsibility and not covered by us. Contact your local customs office for details.
 
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Buyers are responsible for entering the correct address. We cannot guarantee changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check your address, as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided during the order.
 
7. Refusing Packages:
 

If a customer refuses a package or if multiple delivery attempts fail in the destination country, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s). No refunds will be provided in such cases.
