We operate under a strict no return, no exchange policy. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, regardless of the reason.

Please make sure all product details, sizes, colors, and shipping information are correct before finalizing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

• Accidental or duplicate orders

• Change of mind after payment

• Dislike of the item after receiving it

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All orders are non-refundable, including but not limited to the following scenarios:

• Shipping delays due to courier, customs, or weather conditions

• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

• Refusal to accept delivery

• Products damaged during transit (we take great care in packaging, but cannot be held responsible once the item is shipped)

• Unauthorized purchases made using your payment method

In cases where the package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued.

3. No Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or modified. Our team works quickly to process and ship your items to minimize delivery times.

4. Address Verification & Chargeback Policy

For your protection, we may reach out to confirm your shipping information if the system flags the order as medium or high risk. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be shipped as-is.

Customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us will be permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported to fraud prevention databases.

5. Your Responsibility as a Customer

By purchasing from The Nexx Shop, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate

• You understand and agree to our no return, no refund, and no cancellation policy

• You waive the right to any payment reversal unless required by law
