1. INCOMPLETE ORDER CLAIMS POLICY

To ensure a fair resolution process, we have implemented a strict policy for incomplete order claims:

Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record a continuous, unedited video from the moment of breaking the package seal until all contents are fully revealed.

Purpose of the Video: This serves as proof of claim for missing items and helps us verify any issues accurately.

Submission Process: Send the unboxing video along with your order number and claim details to thenexxshop@gmail.com.

No Video, No Claim: Claims for incomplete orders without an unboxing video will not be processed.

This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.

2. NO RETURNS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

          - Change of mind

          - Wrong item ordered

          - Personal dissatisfaction with the product

          - Shipping delays beyond our control

Damaged or defective items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thenexxshop@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the damage. We will assess and determine if a replacement is applicable at our discretion.

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If an order is placed and processed successfully, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Refund requests due to late shipments, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product will not be entertained.

We do not offer product exchanges.
